Tribes Amsterdam Raamplein ligt midden in het centrum van Amsterdam in het Rijksmonument Raamplein 1. Het pand heeft een statige aanblik, en was oorspronkelijk het onderkomen van de Eerste Openbare Handelsschool, daarna de Hogeschool voor Economische Studies. Later nam Warner Bros (voormalig Eyeworks) haar intrek in het voormalige schoolpand, en de originele filmzaal bevindt zich nog in het pand. De kantoren, vergaderzalen en flexplekken van Tribes bevinden zich op alle vier de verdiepingen van het gebouw en het buitengebouw. Tribes Amsterdam Raamplein is in het thema van de Mosuo, een bijzondere stam uit China, waar vrouwen de baas zijn.
